Dr. Echols graduated from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 2001. He has been practicing dentistry in Cullman since 2004. Growing up in Birmingham, he always thought about living in a small town one day.

Dr. Echols married his wife, Leslie, in 1998. They have three children, Ethan, Addie, and Nolan. Dr. Echols has served on the Foundation Board of Trustees for Cullman Regional Medical Center as well as the Good Samaritan Health Clinic. He is a deacon at Cullman Church of Christ and serves his community by working with missions and the youth of the church.Dr. Echols enjoys spending time with his family, watching his kids play sports, traveling, hunting, and golfing.
