Dr. Kevin Parks has lived in Alaska for much of his life. Born on Elmendorf Airforce Base, and blessed to roam the foothills during his childhood, Alaska is in his blood.He met his wife Tiffany during one of his brief absences from the state while they were attending Southern Virginia University. Kevin and Tiffany both played collegiate sports while attending SVU and enjoy an active lifestyle in the outdoors with their four kids.Prior to attending SVU, Dr. Parks was a member of the University of Anchorage Alaska’s men’s basketball team (Fun fact, Dr. Howard and Dr. Parks were teammates from 97-98).Dr. Parks has always enjoyed the dental profession as he was introduced to it by his father while he worked for several years in his father’s dental laboratory. Dr. Parks attended the University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore. He enjoys volunteering abroad and bringing the benefits of dentistry to underserved populations.
