Dr. Ella Shuster grew up in Westfield, New Jersey, and she now practices dentistry at Academy Dental Care in her two offices in Westfield and Chatham, New Jersey. Dr. Shuster is comfortable with all aspects of general dentistry — root canals, fillings, crowns, bridges and implants — and she is especially interested in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign® orthodontics, restorative dentistry, and dental sleep medicine.

Dr. Shuster always knew she wanted to be a dentist. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Russian from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania in only three years, graduating cum laude.

Dr. Shuster earned her doctorate of dental surgery from New York University College of Dentistry and then completed a General Practice Residency at Overlook Hospital in Summit, New Jersey.

Dr. Shuster continues her education every year by investing hundreds of hours into learning new techniques and integrating the latest products into her state of the art dental practice.
