Fortunately, Dr. Garcia did not have to look far: two of her older brothers were already dentists. You could say that her family got the dental bug, indeed, there are now four dentists in Dr. Garcia’s family.

Following in her brothers’ footsteps, Dr. Garcia graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2003. While her brothers still practice in South Texas, Dr. Garcia has forged her own path in Austin since 2006.

For over 15 years, Dr. Garcia has practiced dentistry and she treats all her patients like family. Indeed, she enjoys taking the time to learn each patient’s story, and, because of the rapport she’s established with her patients, Dr. Garcia has been blessed to have been a part of her patients’ weddings, graduations, and other family events through the years.

Dr. Saxena graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2012. She practiced in South Dakota as a sole practitioner in the community-based clinic for about four years while serving as an adjunct faculty member for the Department of Outreach Dental Education at the University of Minnesota’s School of Dentistry. 

Relocating to Texas, Dr. Saxena has successfully owned and operated her dental clinic in Killeen, Texas, for over five years. House of Smiles is a leading Dental Clinic in the Killeen area.

Besides performing all aspects of general dentistry, Dr. Saxena is an accomplished Cosmetic Dentist. She has completed several Invisalign cases and is a leading provider of Invisalign. She has done several cases of implants over the years and has a certificate in providing orthodontic braces. She has honed these skills at House of Smiles and through numerous continuing education courses.

Dr. Barron began her undergraduate education at the University of Texas at Austin and she completed her bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington in Seattle. She graduated from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 2008 before moving back to Austin. Both Austin and Seattle are wonderful cities to live in and she enjoys the great food they have to offer!

To Dr. Barron, staying current with the latest advances in dentistry is vital to providing exceptional care. Proving her dedication to lifelong learning, Dr. Barron has spent over 2000 hours in continuing education. She first earned her Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry (F.A.G.D.) and has gone on to earn the prestigious Mastership with the Academy of General Dentistry (M.A.G.D). A designation held by only 2% of dentists in the United States. In 2024, she also completed the Bale and Doneen Preceptorship allowing 12 Oaks Dental to introduce the BaleDoneen Method of Heart Attack and Stroke Prevention.

Dr. Barron finds her rejuvenation in the outdoors whether it’s running, camping, climbing, or basking in the Texas sunshine. Her children Kinsley and Zane keep her busy playing supermom, otherwise known as chef, chauffeur, teacher, medic, playmate, and professional hugger. Cade, her husband, and best friend, keeps his lovely wife sane with his not-so-funny puns and never-ending support in all her crazy endeavors.

Dr. Worob attended the University of Texas at Austin, loves the Longhorns and can often be found at their games. He then graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1979, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He has been involved with many aspects of organized dentistry including the most recent position of President of the Texas chapter of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Worob stays up-to-date with the latest advances in dentistry by attending dental seminars around the country, reading scientific journal articles and being involved with local study clubs. He is also an alumni of the Pankey Institute. Since 1979 he has taken more than 3,000 hours of post-graduate clinical education and has earned a prestigious Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry and a Fellow in the International College of Dentists. If you can’t tell, he is a life-long learner and loves dentistry.

What you may not know from reading his curriculum vitae is how devoted he is to his patients and providing them with exceptional care and a comfortable experience. Dr. Worob loves to laugh and trade stories and you will feel instantly at ease with this genuine soul.

I am passionate about staying at the forefront of dental advancements. I continually seek out the latest techniques and technologies in dentistry to ensure that I can provide the best possible treatment for my patients, leaving them with healthy, radiant smiles they can be proud of.

My partner and I recently made the exciting decision to relocate to Austin, where we are eager to contribute to this vibrant community. Outside of the office, we love spending time with our two dogs and exploring the beautiful hiking trails and scenic spots that Austin offers. We are also passionate about traveling and immersing ourselves in different cultures around the globe.

I have been practicing dentistry in Austin for 11 years now, including 3 years concentrating on treating under-served children through the St. David’s Foundation mobile dental program. I joined my husband here at Smile Creations in December of 2016 and have enjoyed serving all the great people and families who enter our door!

I have enjoyed being active in the local Austin dental society, as it allows me to keep updated with the latest advances in the dental field through education, collaborate with other dentists in the area, and have a voice in organized dentistry. I also serve on the board of the Capital Area Dental Foundation, the charitable arm of our dental society, because I feel that it is important to give back to the community and provide care for those who have limited access to it.

Since we’ve moved here, we’ve had two sons, Grayson and Everett, and our daughter Cora. Our children are the center of our lives and they constantly keep us on our toes.

Since I began practicing dentistry, I have worked diligently to become a complete, family-focused practitioner. In the last 12 years, I have completed multiple comprehensive programs with hundreds of hours of post-graduate coursework. I have joined local study groups and become very involved in organized dentistry, as well as getting connected with the needs of our community by providing charitable dental work to the under-served. These experiences have allowed me to give quality care to thousands of patients in the Austin area, and I hope you will allow myself and our amazing team to do that for you!

In 2005 Dr. Patel graduated from Texas A&M Health Science Center Baylor College of Dentistry with a certificate in Endodontics. Subsequently, he has been practicing Endodontics in Dallas, Texas at North Dallas Endodontics till the present time. Dr. Patel has been teaching part-time since January 2008 at Texas A&M Health Science Center Baylor College of Dentistry in the Endodontic Department. He is a board eligible candidate for the American Board of Endodontics and is currently pursuing his goal to become a Diplomat of the American Board of Endodontics.

Dr. Yogesh Patel is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, and The Greater DFW Endodontic Society. His research interests include root canal anatomy, morphology, and associated electronic devices.
