Dr. Cary Jackson

Dr. Cary Jackson was born and raised in Winterset, IA. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biology and minor in chemistry, magna cum laude, at the University of Northern Iowa. He furthered his education, graduating with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the prestigious University of Iowa College of Dentistry, where he honed his skills under some of the top dental educators in the country. While at the University of Iowa, Dr. Jackson served as president of his dental class and earned the Annual Dean’s Leadership Award four years in a row.

Since graduating, Dr. Jackson continued his education with advanced courses in such topics as Invisalign, dental implants for replacing single teeth, mini implants for dentures, cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry training, and early oral cancer detection to name a few. A member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Jackson is working toward his fellowship. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Iowa Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Omaha Implant study club, and is past-president for the Southwest Iowa District Dental Association. Additionally, Dr. Jackson is on the Iowa Western Community College dental hygiene advisory board. In 2016 Dr. Jackson received the New Dentist of the Year award for the entire state of Iowa from the Iowa Dental Association! Dr. Jackson is currently working on his Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry and his Accreditation of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
