Dr. Cook was born and raised in Gaithersburg, Maryland. After high school he attended Florida State University where he graduated with honors with a degree in Biological Sciences. Upon graduation he moved to south Florida and attended Nova Southeastern University School of Dentistry during which he was invited in consecutive years to attend a dental mission trip to Jamaica to help treat those with no access to dental care.

At graduation, Dr. Cook was awarded The Southern Academy of Prosthodontics Award, The American Academy of Implant Dentistry Award, and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.  Since graduation Dr. Cook has worked throughout south Florida expanding his skills and knowledge working with some of Florida’s top dentists”;
