Dr. Robert Richardson has always enjoyed the creative side of dentistry and the time spent getting to know his patients. With exceptional hand skill and a love for his patients, he says that his job comes very easy to him.

Growing up in a family of physicians and a father who was a surgeon, Dr. Richardson looked for the opportunity to implement artistic skills with patient care, which led him to dentistry. Friend and dentist, Dr. Billy Humphries served as a mentor, inspiring him to pursue the field.

Education and Experience

Dr. Richardson went on to study dentistry at Louisana State University and thoroughly enjoyed his time spent in New Orleans and with family in Louisiana. Unlike most dental schools, senior students at LSU were allowed the unique opportunity to run a clinic-type setting. This empowered Dr. Richardson with the diagnostic skill and comfort to open up his own private practice immediately after graduation.

If you ask Dr. Richardson what his favorite aspect of dentistry is, he will tell you that it is taking someone with a tremendous amount of dental challenges that is struggling with their oral health and transforming them through full mouth rehabilitation. These cases truly make his job fulfilling and give his patients a real reason to smile.
