Dr. Matthew Largent hails from the San Francisco Bay Area, where he attended Bellarmine College Preparatory, an all-boys Jesuit institution that paved the way for his educational journey. He completed both his bachelor’s of science and doctoral of dental surgery at the University of Washington in Seattle. He completed his medical doctorate and surgical residency in the field of oral & maxillofacial surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Upon completion of his training program in 2009, Dr. Largent set up practice in Austin, where he has been an active participant in both the dental and medical communities. When he is not actively engaged in the treatment of patients at his office or in one of the many regional hospitals, Dr. Largent enjoys spending time with his family, road cycling, listening to live music, and surfing on Lake Austin.
