Dr. Sid attended the University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston, achieving his Master’s and specialist training in Periodontics and Implant dentistry. A native of India, he earned his dental degree from Manipal College of Dental Surgery, India. He also invested two years of graduate level research at the State University of New York, Stony Brook in Oral Biology and Pathology, understanding the factors which cause periodontal disease (gum disease). He is an expert in Osseodensification (OD) technique and certified in Advanced Periodontics Laser Treatment.

Dr. Sid completed an Anesthesiology rotation at the Lyndon B Johnson (LBJ) Hospital, a major teaching affiliate of The UT Health Medical School in Houston. At both the University of Texas Dental Branch and the LBJ hospital, Dr. Sid trained extensively in oral and IV sedation.
