Kenneth Chin was born in Kingston, Jamaica on June 30, 1964 and migrated to the United States in the summer of 1977.
Kenneth attended the University of Florida for his undergraduate studies then Howard University, College of Dentistry. Kenneth excelled, and was selected to the Dean’s List all four years. He served as president of the senior dental class and was honored with the Mountain Climber Award in 1989. He was also the recipient of the National Dental Association (NDA) Foundation Scholarship Award in 1997 – 1999.
Kenneth was awarded the Student Award of Merit from the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (AAED) and the Student Certificate of Merit from the American Society of Dentistry for Children (ASDC) on the recommendation of the faculty. He graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in 2000.
